Full exhaust + no AFR tune + venturi kit?

If install an  full exhaust system and i haven't make ecu tuning , can i  mount the intake funnels?

Yes but  keep in mind, however, that assemble of a full exhaust system  without the proper AFR tune is itself generally not recommended because the carburation it's  too lean.
